The Language Center S.R.L. (TLC)

The Language Center was created in Todi in 1988. After initial activities for private individuals in Todi, in 1992 TLC introduced the concept of Full Immersion for the first time in Italy (English, French, German, Spanish for Italians, Italian language for foreigners) and started to organize courses for important companies such as Sony, Deloitte Italy, Ernst & Young, Dutch Diplomatic Corps, Finmeccanica Group. TLC has 7 employees and 15 associates and it organizes more than 200 courses per year. TLC courses are very much appreciated due to the strong functional and communicative approach which has moved language teaching away from the traditional programs still found in the majority of public and private schools to this day. Since 1995 we TLC has specialized in teaching foreign languages (English, Spanish, French, German) to Italian children. These have included one-to-one courses where each student is closely guided by the teacher as well as group courses, especially for children in kindergarten and primary school.
